Steven Sabol Named Arrell M. Gibson Award Recipient

The Western History Association has chosen Steven Sabol, associate professor of history at UNC Charlotte, to be the 2013 Arrell M. Gibson Award recipient for his article “Comparing American and Russian Internal Colonization: The ‘Touch of Civilisation’ on the Sioux and Kazakhs.”
